Basement Subfloor Comparison

Would anybody know the difference between Delta-FL (http://www.cosella-dorken.com/bvf-ca...roducts/fl.php) versus using Superseal All-In-One? (http://www.superseal.ca/all_in_one_subfloor.html) They seem to be the same thing to me, and Delta-FL is available locally.. But Delta says if I intend to use carpet, I must use T&G Plywood on top of it.. whereas the Superseal says I don't have to use T&G Plywood on their product. What's the difference?

What are you trying to accomplish?

Do you have a moisture problem? If so,how bad?

Basement Subfloor Comparison

Nope, no moisture problems in my basement, but with the house only being 20 years old, I figure I might at well put this down first before I start to remodel my basement, incase I develop a tiny leak in the springtime at the bottom of my foundation.. just basically piece of mind type stuff, but I don't want to shell out the $6 for a 2'x2' piece of DriCor...
