Basement flooring question

Hi all, new to the forum. I currently have linoleum tiles in most of my basement (don't want to pull them up for fear of asbestos). I've done simple moisture tests where concrete slabs are exposed and so far have come up dry. I'm planning to install click laminate flooring over the linoleum tiles. My question is can I just use a foam underlayment under the laminate flooring? Or should I still use a moisture barrier with the foam underlayment? Thanks in advance for any advice.
