Basement Floor

I'm sure this topic has been covered but I'm not having much success with the search feature so I apologize.

I'm starting a basement finishing project and want a little feedback on floor selection. I was looking at either XPS followed by a subfloor or a tile board system with plastic channels on the underside allowing water to drain into the existing drains. My major constraint is height. From uncovered floor to joists I have 7'3" and obviously a lot of hanging pipes / ducts to deal with so space is a premium. I obviously don't want to use an inadequate system and take the chance of having problems down the road but I need to try and minimize the subfloor thickness. Some initial feedback I've received was to use a smaller layer of XPS (say 1/2").

Any thoughts on this or any other basement flooring ideas? Thanks in advance.
