Bamboo Engineered Flooring/ Expansion Joint

Installing a bamboo engineered floor; at the longest length it measures 30 feet, do I need to put in an expansion joint?

Yes. You need an expansion joint on all wood floors. You should leave 1/2 inch. If you base board will not cover this space, you need to put shoe molding.
