Autoleveling Primer

I have some low spots so I primed the entire floor with Henry LevelPro. If I don't put the autoleveler in the whole floor, meaning some of the primer is exposed..will my glue work properly? I'm using FortaneLD - wood flooring Urethane Adhesive.
