Asbestos Idiot exposure

Wish I would have asked someone prior to putting my new flooring down. There was a small area of old vinyl sheet that I smoothed out with a belt sander along the two ends. This was after trying to scrape it from the floor and decided best to just go over it. Now I understand that it may have contained asbestos. These areas were about 48" long by 6" wide each. It did create dust and now.......after the fact I have no idea what to do. Recommendations please.
House was built in '74 - '75. No idea how old the floor is but may have been original.

Asbestos Idiot exposure

Ok so what's the question. It's covered over now, the floor is old but not that old. To late to worry about it now. Nothing you can do.
