Anyone use Insulayment?

I'm getting ready to lay nail-down hardwood in a new construction house. I'm interested in deadening some of the noise both in the room with the floor and the room(s) below. I've read about "Insulayment" (http://www.mpglobalproducts.com/insulayment/1intro.html) as a thicker option to the standard felt or rosin paper, but can find no reviews. Has anyone used this or anything like it that they might recommend. (Subfloor is 3/4" AdvanTech OSB on TJI joists.)

Anyone use Insulayment?

I am also waiting for an answer to this question. It seems like not too many have installed "Insulayment". Is it a safe(durable) installation(installing nailed down hardwood floor over a soft cushion) , on the long run?
