Default Any issues with putting Allure flooring over a bathroom tile foor?

The tile is the old 1"x1" (maybe 2x2) but the colors were ugly. We had carpet put in but my wife has destroyed it with hair coloring spilling. We saw the Allure product and really like it. The HomeDepot guy said we didn't need to do anything to the tile. But I've read some posts about mosture problems. We have a basement, so the tile is on a wood floor. Do I need to seal the tile or use a moisture barrier like I did on my laminate flooring? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Question Something similar

We're planning on putting Shaw laminate over the same kind of tile (though on the second floor). Not planning on sealing the tiles, just cleaning and making sure they're down solid.

Have you done any work yet, and if so how does it seem?
