Allure Flooring Transition?

I am concerned that there will be a noticeable transition between the tiled area of my kitchen and hallway and my carpeted family room when the Allure flooring is installed because the carpeting will be taken up. Any suggestions for how to deal with this potential sitiuation. I'm afraid that I'd either have to take up the tile (a nightmare I'd dread) or just leave the tile as is (which I'd only want to do as a last resort--after tearing up tile!).
