Advice sought on best way to implement 7in transition strip area
Greetings,
We have a nursery where the carpet comes into the doorway but stops 7 inches before the start of the next room. In the 2 attached pics you can see whats going on. I started going down a path of installing some extra baseboard pieces and was going to then tack down a metal angled strip on each side but i stopped after about 30% in as i didnt think it was gonna look good or be safe..
whats the best way to attack something like this..lowes and HD dont seem to have any prefab pieces that are this deep..ty!
