Additional Sub-floor on top of Dricore product

Good day,

I have a garage, turned rec room that has a ground-level concrete slab. I'd like to install a vapor barrier for moisture protection, raise about 3 inches to make it level with a porch area, and install some kind of flooring. After doing some reading in this forum I'd like your opinion on the following option:

- Install Dricore over the existing level slab
- Screw down 2"x4" sleepers (with rigid styrofoam insulation between the sleepers) on top of Dricore
- Screw down 1/2" plywood on top of the sleepers
- Install flooring

This would give me the moisture protection, added height (7/8" + 1-1/2" + 1/2" = 2-7/8"), and solid surface to install laminate, engineered hardwood, etc.

I am concerned with screwing the sleepers to the Dricore. Is this Ok?

Is this plan sound? Any opinions? Would I be able to install regular hardwood to the above built sub-floor?

Thanks,

- Joe
