48 hour acclimation for laminate

Quick question. I know you should let the flooring sit in the room you are installing it in so it can acclimate for temp and humidity but I was wondering if you could start installing half of the floor around 24 hours and finishing around the 48 hour mark? I have had the flooring sitting in my garage for the past 3 weeks and just stacked all the boxes in my hallway yesterday at around 4pm. I ripped up all my carpet and am pretty much ready for the job. I was just wondering if I could install half tonight and finish tomorrow after 4pm. If not, guess I'll just wait another day

OPEN the boxes then wait a bit.In fact if you remove from boxes and lay em out on floor they will acclimate faster

24 hours is the norm for any hardwood or laminate product. the whole purpose is to aclimate the product and bring it to room temp and humidity levels and allow it to expand or shrink prior to install...24 is plenty of time to allow this process.
