3/4" hardwood over "Sturd-i" OSB

I am installing 3/4" oak hardwood floors over my subfloor that looks like 3/4" OSB...it says "Sturd-i"...do I need another layer of plywood?

3/4" hardwood over "Sturd-i" OSB

I see no reason to do that if your sub-floor is good 3/4" and your joists are good under that.
Of course, I could be wrong too.
