19"x19" tile, what thickness edging to use

So I will be installing these tiles soon, they are 3/8" thick and i will be using a 1/2" trowel. just wondering what thickness tile edge to use.
They are wall tiles for a tub surround.

Hi,

Well, OK, they are floor tiles being installed on walls. I doubt they are really 3/8", probably 1cm, which is close. I supposed by edging you mean the metal "L" edgings like this; http://www.schluter.com/products.aspx , either the Schiene or the Jolly. Is there no bullnose trim tiles to match the tiles available?

If you have to use the metal, go with 1/2". Hope those walls are very flat in every direction. :whistling2:

You might want to tap some small roofing nails to hold up the tiles or will crush the spacers and you will never get them out.

Try rondec or bulnose. 1/2 trowel is too small.
