12 mill laminate

I am getting ready to redo a few room in my house, and I am planning to use a 12 mill laminate flooring. It is hand scraped and has the foam backer. Has anyone use this type of product, have and advice? Also what kind of underlayment works best with this type of product? Or if you know of a good source, I am currently looking at Lumber Liquidators.

I did laminate floors in 2 of our houses. The second one that we live in now was done with laminate I bought from Canadian company called BuildDirect.com because it saved me bunch of money. We did a' 1900 Sq. Feet.

I had good experience with them, especially because the shipper who brought the stuff to our house caused some damage. They sent me replacement pieces without delay.
