From the website you provided:
"Application: Indoor only, Floors, Walls"

From Daltile:
"Floors: Residential,
Light Commercial, Commercial"

Thickness has nothing to do with whether or not a tile can be used on the floor. I've used tiles that were 1/8" thick on a residential bathroom floor before. The only things that make a difference are the hardness of the glaze and the compressive strength of the bisque (tile body), and those would both hold true even for tiles 1/2" thick. So long as the tile is bedded well in thinset, and the installation is done properly, an 1/8" thick tile will last just as long as the 1/2" tile.

These are fine for any area. We sell these and although the listing says ceramic they have changed the Keystones to a porcelain tile so they are plently strong. Thickness means NOTHING in tile, it's the glaze that is most important on a ceramic. Now being as these are porcelain, these are unglazed so there is no stain protector on them, so be careful about your grout choice as eg. white tile black or charcoal grout, you will most likely stain the tile, so just a heads up.
