Guest bedroom

This is the guest bedroom in my basement. It's hard to tell from these pitures, but it was in BAD shape before. Teenagers had broken into the house and were having parties down there. Lots of smoking (both cigs and pot), drinking, and who knows what else. Plus, they carved graffiti into the walls, wrote on the ceiling in crayon, and made just a general mess. Oh, and at some point in the past, the furnace blew up, leaving scorch marks along the wall and ceiling in several places.
