Basement Remodel

Ok ... So despite the requests I have been ridiculously slow in posting anything to the site regarding my basement finish, but here we go!! Plan is to finish all of the ~1200 sq ft basement. Budget is $28k which was partially focused on:

Basement waterproofing
Egress window
New Electrical load center

Goal - get as much done by 5/20 before new baby arrives!

Plans are a bedroom/workout area, office/kids play area, closet, small unfinished storage, entertainment center, bar, and laundry room.

Note ... This gallery also includes how I was measuring 16" o.c. My pregnant wife is apparently 14.5" wide
