White Film

We are constantly getting a while, abrasive film in our LG. We have used the pot scrub setting; we have used a dishwasher cleaning solution; our water softener is working and; we use gel/rinse aid capsules so not sure what else to try. The dishes on the top rack seem worse than the bottom.

Never had this problem with our old (home builder grade) dishwasher. Any suggestions?

What's the hot water temperature at the nearest faucet?
