My WHIRLPOOL REFRIDERATOR MODEL # ED5JHGXRTOO ice maker isnt making ice. can anybody help?

1 st place to start ...is it getting water from valve to connection in back of frig...

have you checked anything? done any troubleshooting at all? Is it cycling? does it have water to the valve?
