Whirlpool Gas Range cooks slow

I have an older sf385PEW gas range that seems to be taking too long to cook. The digital temp reads ok and I've even adjusted it up. For example, a one hour casserole is taking 2 1/2 hours to cook. Are heating elements easy to replace? Is that even the issue? Thanks

That's only a partial model number. Need the whole model number. Should be 10 letters/numbers. Look on the data tag on stove. Thanks.

Is the issue with just the oven, stovetop or both? If you could post a picture of it, that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

The model number I see is SF385PEWNO . Its just an issue with the oven, not the stove top. Thanks!

Simple repair, it's located right on the back of stove, held by a couple screws. You'll have to unplug it, turn off gas and pull stove out to replace it. Click on link for location if your having problems locating it. Right below the picture of the sensor is a repair video, click on it. The sensor that is pictured is not for your stove it's just an example.

But defore you do that, check and see if there is a replacement available, because they no longer support your oven, however, don't give up hope yet, try to contact the manufacturer and see if they have a substitution. Some other possibilities, if they can't help you, check locally at a salvage company or try ebay. Hope this helps you. Just a thought.
