Water leaking from fridge

I have Maytag refrigerator. French door style with freezer drawer on the bottom. I have been noticing water coming from under the bottom. I originally thought it was one of the kids being careless with the water or ice dispenser. It is not the water line coming into the back. What else could it be. I read online it could possibly be the freezer drain froze over, but I didn't notice any water puddling up in the bottom of the freezer. No puddling inside at all. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

The solenoid valve for the ice maker could be faulty...not fully shutting off between cycles

Three possibilities---that I know of--so until an appliance specialist shows up--check these.

1--The condensate pan under the fridge is leaking or miss aligned.

2. The drain hole in the bottom of the fridge is clogged

3 water filter is cracked or not installed correctly

D. the water feed system has a problem---

Pull out the fridge and start looking----

I had a similar problem with my Maytag (bottom freezer door). The drain hole was frozen over and the defrost cycle would cause water to run out. Knocked out the ice, cleaned out the drain hole (had some crap in it) and been good ever since.

Used this video as reference:

Take off the back bottom and see what is going on. I had the same problem. There was a little plastic pan on top the motor which was filled with water. I dump it. Good for another year. Now i think about i should probably check it again. LOL

Just to update.... I took the back off and the drain pan somehow got a crack in it and a piece broke off allowing the water to run right out and onto the floor.
