Water Heater - replacement info.

I have an Reliance - STA-KLEEN 805 Water Heater tank and wish to replace it since it is over 12 years old. To determine which is the appropriate replacment option (size access to area and height needs to be pretty close to 805, I need exact dimensions - is it 40 or 50 gal tank, what is the height (BTW - is the height measure from ground to the top or just the actual tank height) and diameter etc.
I have scaned the web and did not get that info.

When replacing a water heater, it is easiest to do by finding one roughly the same size. The height of the water heater from bottom to top and the width should match up with the existing plumbing and wiring.
