water coming from bottom of fridge

I noticed water coming out of the bottom of my fridge, I pulled it out to look behind and noticed it is only on the freezer side, I looked inside the freezer and notice the ice maker had a solid block of ice in the compartment and a huge ice cycle going to the ice tray, where is the leak and if I shut off the ice maker by raising the arm will that stop the water from turning on to the ice maker or just stop it from dumping ice?

*****UPDATE******

I was wiping up the water on the floor and looked at the back of the fridge, it appears that the plastic line going to the ice maker was pull out of the back of the fridge....

1.) how did it come out?
2.) if it was out, why was there an ice block in the ice tray?

to be safe trace the waterline back to where it starts out from and turn the valve off there. could be a bad heater that melts the ice so it slides off into the bin

i put the arm down and watched the ice maker try to dump the ice, there was no ice in the tray probably b/c the waterline was pulled from the back, I touched the heater underneath and it was a bit more than warm.

*****UPDATE*****

I put the plastic line back into the back of the fridge and it popped back out again, could there be ice in the line and when the water hits it the force pushes it out?

i found this, and this seems like my problem. So if, my water line into the freezer (from the back of the freezer in) is frozen, how do I thaw it?
