Water on bottom of refrigerator

There is water accumulating on the bottom of my fridge, under the crispers. I pulled the drain pan under the fridge, by the fan, and it is bone dry. Any chance when the freezer defrosts, the water is draining into the fridge?

Drain lines plugged up or frozen.
