Washing Machine Wont Fill with Water (Just HUMS)

Guys I have a Whirlpool WFW9450W Whirlpool Duet Front Loader that wont fill with water. The machine just hums and no water will enter the machine.

The water is turned on for both of the incoming supply hoses.
I changed the incoming valves part that has the valves and solenoids.
I cleaned out the motor trap underneath.

I wonder what I should try next.

Any help or direction would be appreciated.

Thanks

just hums? does the tub turn first or not. Front load machines do not fill as soon as you turn them on, they must go through a load sensing process first but you should get some type of error code in the control panel. If no error code then find the tech manual ( somewhere in machine) and do a self diagnostics test.

you should be able to run a diagnostic on those. Check it out and get back to us.
