Washing Machine Not Reaching Max Spin
 

My washing machine will not reach max spin on its spin cycle you can hear and feel it start to speed up like a car but it is not reaching its max spin as usually everything vibrates when in full motion. I have clear the filter of water and also tried it on a fully balanced load and also on an empty spin cycle and it reaching its max spin. Any thoughts???

needs a new belt its slipping

Not all washers have belts. What brand and model is it?
