Washer doesn't drain

Our front load washing machine, Kenmore Elite
Model #11042924 200, It doesn't always completely water from tub. Even after running machine twice through spin cycle the cloths are still much wetter then they should be with a high speed spinning machine. I've been having this problem on and off for along time. I have change pumps multiple times. Changed out main circuit control board in February. Could I have gotten a defective board? After changing circuit board, I removed check valve and found a piece of baling wire under check valve ball. Could this have deformed boot? I've pulled drain hoses off and cleaned.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Does the machine just stop in the drain cycle, or does it complete the whole cycle?
When you say you checked the drain line, are you only checking the one attached to the machine, or the all the way back to the main drain lines. Have you snaked out the drain trap?
Is the line vented?
What size is the stand pipe? It should be at least 2".

How could I tell if it's stopping during drain cycle? I've disassembled from tub check valve completely to the hose in drain pipe that is vented in a 3 year old house. The drain line is working fine. I have seen machine finish a load of clothes and still have water in bottom of tub.

the million dollar question is............. have you cleaned the filter for the drain pump? I will bet it is plugged with gunk.

Cleaned drain screen

drain screen? are you calling the filter a drain screen? There is a plastic filter before the drain pump.

That's the one I cleaned.
