Default taylor model 336 & 339 soft serve machine

Can someone explain the difference between these two machines in terms of performance and power requirements ( the 336 has 1 9500 btu compresseor and the 339 has 2 6000 btu compressors) the 336 uses one 208-230v dedicated outlet and the 339 uses 2 dedicated outlets... (the 339 seems to use 10 more amps) I am using a 10kw generator in my ice cream truck but am wondering what machine I should consider. is the 339 just able to freeze quicker? or are there other differences?

thanks a bunch
