Stack washer/dryer between different brand?

I just got a new washer to replace my broken one.

But when the sears delivery arrived, the guy said I couldn't stack my old dryer (very old one from Kenmore) to the new washer without a stacking kit, so he just left the washer in my living room without installation

I would like a suggestion how should I stack the old dryer on top of this new washer and which kind of "stacking kit" I need to get?

You'll probably have a hard time stacking it to a new Kenmore washer as well.
As to which kit... that Q goes back to the appliance sales center.
