Small pressurized tank above my gas water heater

This small tank (therm-x-trol) sprung a small pin sized leak. I have the water turned off and this small tank has a schrader valve that I have bled off the pressure with. Is this easy to replace myself?

Nothing to it, unscrew the old one and install a new one.
You do need to check the pressure on the new tank before installing it.
It should be about 2, lb. less then the system pressure.
