Side by Side Frige 22 cu ft Electrolux

First Who makes these. Looks like a whirlpool. ELUX is a sales name if I remember right. If I know who makes them I could find some info on a similar brand.

Problem Temp goes up in Frige part and alarm goes off. Eventually the temp starts up in the Freezer. Turn it off an it defrosts a while and it then woorks fine for days. If course it is woorse when humidity is up and doors are opened a lot,

Evidently ice is blocking the airflow between the freezer and frige. Possibly the defrost heating element is not working.

I need to know where to start trouble shooting thi thing. I dont see a way to get into it. Got a multimeter and can work out most things if I know where to start.

Sometimes if you go to one of the online appliance parts and repair sites, ou can just put the model number in the search box and it will direct you to proper page without knowing brand name. Might not tell you actual manufacturer, but you can extrapolate between part numbers and what brands they fit and the diagrams.
Electrolux "makes" refrigerators? I bet they really suck.How do they do on deep pile carpets?
