setting up gas stove

i attached the gas line to the stove, after putting the tape on the
threaded areas.

I turned the threaded nut to tighten. then checked for leaks

it is still bubbling when doing water and soap test.

I tightened again.. Still bubbles

What should I do now????

I have redone several times.

Flex line?? if so, you don't put *gas rated tape* on flare fitting, just on pipe coming out of the range.
