Scope of adding Washer, Dryer Hook-Ups
 

Hello,

We're looking at a house tomorrow that might be perfect except it has no washer or dryer.

I do not believe it even has hook-ups [and the stove is electric, so I'm not even certain it has a gas line anywhere].

Can someone please give me a general idea of what a project like this might take money/time-wise?

For now we can continue to use our nice parents/laundry-mats, but down the road I'd like the potential to add them if possible.

You will need a Plumber & Electrician. Ball Park figure depending on your area could go from $200 to $500, or more if needing something special done.
