Relay location?

I have a maytag plus, older model, MSD2758DDRQ, and I can't find where the heating element is to replace it. Its slowly not cooling, and there is a build-up if ice in the freezer. Can't find on online owners manual either

I would double check the element before I started throwing parts at it, defrost heaters do not burn out very often, more than likely it is your defrost control board.
