refrigerator not cooling correctly

kenmore refrigerator model 253.61662101...refrigerator not cooling well enough....fan is working and blowing air from freezer but it just does not seem to be cold enough....also up until about 5 days ago water was settling on top shelf of refrigerator where fan blows cold air but that stopped, I don't know if that means anything or not....gasket around door is clean and working fine, refrigerator is sitting level..

if the freezer temp is adequate ( yet to be determined) and not enough cool, then you will have an airflow problem. You will have to take the back panel off the evaporator coil and look for either a heavy frost build up or your air damper iced up.

Another quick step you can do is open the fridge door and put your hand on the vents where the cold air enters . Do you feel and air flow? Yes? Check to see if your condenser coils are free of dirt ,lint ect. If NO(you do NOT feel air flow) than you might have a defrost problem and you will need to look at your evaporator coil which will be located if freezer section behind the back panel as discussed by ''hardwareman''.
