How are refridgerator door seals installed? What I mean is, if they are screwed or clipped, I don't want to pay someone else to put new ones on, but if they are sealed with silicone or something that requires a little expertise to do it properly, then I'd rather pay then get it wrong.
Take a look at yours. See if it is behind the liner on the door and then screwed through the liner. If so, when replacing, snug new seal behind liner enogh to hold it in place but let loose enoght to allow the liner and seal to move a little. The slowly but firmly shut door. This should align the liner and seal to make a positive seal. The open door and tighten the screws. To check for seal, shut the door and place a dollar bill between door seal and cabinet. There should be a slight drag all around the door when you try to remove the dollar bill. May take a few attempts to get it sealed, just don't overtighten the screws. When tightening the screws, you might want to criss cross as you tighten to avoid putting a warp in the door and seal. If you do, just go back back through the steps until you get a good seal.
