Propane water heater won't stay lit (not thermocoupler)

Hi, I have a propane water heater that has a pilot that keeps going out. I have replaced the thermocoupler (sp) and it still does it. I light it, it warms water up, and then goes out. Any other ideas or parts I should check? I am kinda scratching my head, expected the thermocoupler to take care of the problem.
