ProChef Gas Grills

Does anyone know anything about ProChef and their line of grills?

I found someone who's offering a pretty good deal on a lightly used 2 year old ProChef grill. I'm going to need to disassemble the grill to get it in my car, so I went looking for a user manual. Right now my internet search-foo seems to be failing my horribly. I can find places offering generic replacement parts that will fit ProChef grills. But I for the life of me cannot find any information about the ProChef company or reviews on their products.

Can anyone shed some light on this company? Did they get eaten by another company? Did they go belly up? Have they somehow managed to fly so far under the radar that the interwebs barely acknowledge their existence?

Thanks in advance.
