pilot light wont stay lit

after the pilot light ignites and i hold for about 30 to 45 seconds i release the over ride button and turn the GAS on and it blows the pilot light out...what is this caused by?

A big wind

A bad gas valve

A bad thermocouple

Best I can do with the info (or lack of) that you provide.
