Over-the-range microwave with high power range?

I'm in the middle of remodeling my kitchen and I am replacing all of my appliances. Unfortunately it's a small kitchen so I'm pretty much stuck with an over-the-range microwave because I don't have counterspace to spare, even with the work I'm doing to expand it. The most powerful blower I've found in one of these is 400CFM, well below what most standalone stove hoods push.

I'm a cooking enthusiast and have my eye on a high power range (22,000 BTU + an infrared broiler that can do 1900F). Is this kind of power going to be unusable with a stove hood that only pushes 400CFM?

Hahaha. In the Seattle area.

My home is already darn hot.. But if it means I can sear steak like with a real restaurant salamander I'm OK with that -- but if I can't vent all the smoke out then that's a problem.
