oven wont light

porkchop Newbie   Join Date: Nov 2011 Posts: 2	oven wont light i have a Maytag Stove model # 31000paw when i turn on the oven the pilot light gets bigger but the oven wont light. Any ideas on what it might be Thanks

If its not that, then gas valve will need replacement. __________________ ................."I want a house that has gotten over all its troubles. Any ideas on what it might be Thanks It could be the Thermocouple if it has one . The little nut may need to be tighten? Call some one that may know about stoves about this.
