oven temp fluctuates

ckiesch Newbie   Join Date: Oct 2012 Posts: 1	oven temp fluctuates our oven temperature fluctuates between 100 degrees of what it is set. Is there a piece we need to replace.

You know it is off that much because you put an oven thermometer in it or what method did you use to test the temperature? Are the door gaskets intact and flexible or broken and brittle?
