NO heat and NO hot water

Woke up with no heat and no hot water. I have a forced water radiator system. Furnace is only 1 year old. water heater is about 8. the pilot is still lit on the waterheater. the gas dryer is still working fine.

I'm a bit confused, it was my understanding that the furnace heated its own water.

Any ideas??

NO heat and NO hot water

furnace ? or boiler? I'll assume boiler with DHW coil.

Call the company that installed it one year ago...
they'll ask you some simple yes/no questions based in them knowing how it was set up.

Depending on how that goes... they'll maybe need to send out a mechanic.
If one does come out... be sure you get taught what to look for next time.
