new portable dish washer

We brought a new dish washer...it is portable(same as last one) but we want to make it stationary...the back is not like the last one...this one we cannot access the back...wanted to know if it is possible to cut the hoses that are there to hook up to the sink and hook up to the exsing hoses that are in the floor
