Need expert advise on washing machine.

My washing machine is having a problem draining the water at the final rinse. I have had this problem before and i disconnected the pump and found sediments in the pump which clogged the pump from draining the water.

This time, i unclogged the pump but still not draining.

I took apart the pump, the pump is connected directly with the shaft, shaft and pump is one solid piece, cant see the physical shaft,( motor is separte piece). When I the take out the pump(shaft) out of the coil windings, i can spin the pump wheel easily. Once i put the pump(shaft) back in the coil winding, the pump wheel doesnt spin easily.

Is the shaft out of alignment now? Do i buy a new pump piece?
