Messed up Ice Dispenser on Frigidaire

I have a Frigidaire frs6r5embc side by side frig/frez, I have a schematic of the ice and water dispenser. I posted this yesterday and wasn't sure how to take off the ice/water dispenser on the front door...well I took it off, and I don't see anything broke, so I put it back. So I guess my problem is inside the freezer..The guide that goes into the back of the ice bucket has got frozen particles all over it( is this piece froze up?), would this be my problem? I hit the button up front while holding the light button, but I hear or see nothing happening...How do you un freeze or can you? or is this even my problem...help

I figured this out...I got a new motor.. because I thought the other motor was bad and it wasn't. The old motor was froze up. Anyway I replaced it and the Ice machine still wouldn't work so I looked and looked finally I found a broke piece on the Ice Actuator I super glued it for now and it works.
