Maytag dishwasher issue
was working great, then bam. Detergent not dissolving, bought new fresh detergent packs, still not dissolving, dishes still dirty. Please help ASAP. Thanks. Approx 8 years old, Maytag quiet series300, model #MDBTT79AWW

Maytag dishwasher issue
there are several things that could be wrong. 2 of the most common would be not getting enough or no water during fill cycle, let dishwasher fill then open the door to see how much water is in there, it should be close to touching the bottom of the heating element. if it is not a water supply promblem then it could be a plugged screen/ filter on the wash motor. you'll have to remove the filter to check it out.
