leveling french doors

Any tips on getting the level right for my french doors on my Kitchen Aide fridge?

Seems like I can get them to just sorta hang there without much inertia, or I can get them to close well and swing open with so much force that all the glass bottles in the door make a hell of a racket when it stops.
