Lennox G41 uf leaking

My unit is @ 6 years old and has just started to drip water onto the blower fan. I just went into the basement to find a LOT of water. It has been a week since I was down there.
I cleaned out the float assembly and line initially before I found exactly where the water is coming from.
Any ideas that a reasonably handy man could tackle?

Thanks,
PS it's 95 degrees out so any advice would be appreciated.

Check the filter and the bottom side of the coil. If the condensate line wasn't plugged up then it's probably freezing and you're seeing the run off from when it melts. Lack of air flow across the coil or low on refrigerant are what cause freezing.
